Fort d’une carrière de près de vingt ans dans l’hôtellerie, Christian Masters a occupé des fonctions clés : Hotel Manager chez Montcalm East, Director of Rooms Operations au Conrad London St. James, Director of Room Operations au St. Pancras Renaissance, ou encore General Manager du concept The Ministry. Son parcours est également marqué par plusieurs distinctions professionnelles, dont un Acorn Award et plusieurs prix européens et mondiaux en event management.
